The platform’s role

VisitKratovo connects visitors with local hosts, artisans and guides. Bookings, orders and experiences are an agreement between you and the local partner — the platform facilitates the arrangement and the payment.

The platform runs on a non-profit model: the 2% transaction commission is reinvested in the community and in heritage preservation, transparently shown on the Impact page.

Bookings, orders and cancellations

Prices are shown before confirmation, in the currency indicated on the page. Cancellation and change terms depend on the specific partner and offer; contact us or message the partner through the platform.

Donations and the Kratovo Pass

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, and are allocated to projects shown on the Impact page. The Kratovo Pass grants discounts with verified partners under the published conditions.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile data and for keeping your access secure. Misuse, fake bookings or review manipulation lead to account termination.

Content and heritage

Texts, photographs and the digital heritage archive are protected. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; for any other use, contact us.

Liability and changes

The platform is provided “as is”; we are not liable for damages arising from third-party services. These terms may change — the current version is always published on this page.
