Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect data only when you provide it or when it is required for the service:

• Profile data at sign-up (name and email) — via our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Details you submit for bookings, orders, donations or Kratovo Pass purchases (name, contact, selected dates).
• Messages sent through the contact form and the email you use to subscribe to the newsletter.
• Anonymous visit analytics (page path, language, referrer) — no IP address and no user agent are stored.

Payments

Payments are processed by CaSys (cPay). Your card details never reach our servers.

How we use data

To fulfil bookings, orders and donations; to reply to your messages; to send the newsletter you opted into; and to improve the platform through anonymous statistics.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the providers required to run the service (Clerk for authentication, CaSys for payments, email delivery) and with the host/artisan/guide you book or order from. We do not sell data and we do not show ads.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to info@visitkratovo.mk.
